Only the folders that match a client Account name in TaxDome will be moved from your current system. If the Client Account does not exist in your TaxDome portal, the folders won’t be copied, backed up or moved over by our team.
We recommend creating a backup of your cloud stored files on your physical hard drive.
All client files have to be ready in a single data storage location.
